I've been with Qualtrust since 1995 and signed up my mother and my now four grown children in 1996. I have never been treated wrong nor disrespected in any way. Till this day Qualtrust continues to serve me, my family and my friends. Thank you Qualtrust for Your hard work and dedication.
Applied for an auto loan some time ago, well it was declined due to some fraud issues on my credit, completely understandable. But I put on the app for them to respond to me by email etc. Instead they decided to not respond at all. Then when I email there VP Brett how unprofessional that was he says "thanks" nothing else, kind of like he doesn't care. I haven't pulled out of the credit union yet but I need to asap. The reason for the 2nd star is the service at the loop 306 branch is always kind, but this branch on main street is a joke
