My husband and I used to enjoy In Vino Veritas until a recent event in which I received less than par customer service. Basically, purchased $650 worth of wine at one visit to have 12 of the bottles packaged for transport home neck down in a box creating a top heavy box that tipped over when I made a turn in my vehicle. Subsequently, a bottle of the red wine busted in my vehicle. When I called In Vino Veritas to explain the problem and to request a replacement bottle due to inadequate packaging, the response was that the manager was not available. I then attempted contact for two more days to simply be told "they are trying to decide what to do about it". I was assured I would have a return phone call...still waiting. Mean while, I am out a $45 bottle of wine and a $75 vehicle shampooing. I don't believe I have ever been treated with such disregard from a local establishment. Their customer service is certainly lacking, and I can say with certainty we most likely will not be doing business with In Vino Veritas in the future.
