This place is a great example of how to do everything right in a restaurant. Not only was the service spectacular but the food is very good. The way staff even anticipated everything I might have wanted. They are efficient, fast, pleasant and very customer oriented. Frankly, I don't know how they could improve. The bar is set very high by these guys, not just for their competitors, but for themselves in the future.
Wait was short, food was good. I used to love the ribs but they had a little too much char for me this time. But the husband liked them. Salads a little smaller then in the past. Ran out of honey butter while we were there. :(
One of the best dining experiences we have had in ages. We called ahead to get on the waiting list for a table and as soon as we walked in the door we were on the way to our table.
Our server was Felicia and she was superb. Our food was prepared exactly as we requested and she made suggestions that made the dining experience memorable.
I would compare the quality of the food to that of a Morton's Steak House (which runs $125.00 to 175.00 a plate) for under $25.00 per person. The next time I an in San Angelo, I will definitely be back there to eat. I will also ask that I am served by Felicia!
The ribs had a lighter fluid flavor. The salmon did not have the butter crust on top. But the rib eye was good.
Having worked at a TXRH in Cali for 2 years, I can say that this place is EXCELLENT. 100% on customer service. Decorations and atmosphere is also top notch. LOVE the juke box! They do a great job at promoting the VIP club. Also really cool that they have discounted food for kids on Tuesdays.
