Stayed for a week in 7/2017. Convenient to Hwy 306, and San Angelo attractions. Next to a popular jogging trail. Campground is all gravel, relatively level, and has a few trees. Appears to be well maintained. Cable, WIFI and a nice pool. As typical to most campgrounds, long term back-in sites the rear - short term pull-thru sites in the front. No problem maneuvering with our 36' 5th wheel. Site was level, length was adequate, spacing was typical (a little tight). No problems with utilities. Overall a good stay - no muss, no fuss. Would return.
Very helpful owner and employees. The place was clean and we'll maintained. The town was very hard to navigate but has most all you need. I would have given this place a 5 if it had more ambiance. I would stay here again to resupply,but not to relax.
Very friendly staff. No negatives for my stay. Stayed in a camping cabin. It was clean and well maintained. The general store was not too expensive either when I needed to purchase a few things I needed.
I've been staying here long term. The people are friendly and helpful. Most of the RV sites are close to each other...very close unless you're in one of the ten long term sites in the back. It took several months for one of these sites to open. It's more expensive, but worth it!
This a very nice place, either for a night, week or month. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice pool area that was remodeled a few years ago. Club house is nice and large, about a year old or so. They have restarted the breakfast at their chuck wagon. They also have a security gate that requires a code to get in after hours which is nice, and has a security guard that patrols the park. We will be back.
