Absolutely horrible, they have no email so if you're from out of state and get a ticket you're out of luck, they make it as difficult as possible to pay a ticket and then put out a warrant if you don't. Only open until 430 so it's almost impossible to get a hold of them if you don't have a normal work schedule. This entire city is corrupt and absolutely ghetto, everyone working here or in the police department needs to be fired.
One of the most disorganized police departments. Can't email proof of insurance in. Also, took 20 faxs to get it to them. Then my insurance was invalid because my card didn't have the company's phone number on it. They will do just about anything to make sure your paying the tickets.

Needed to get find final disposition papers on a previous offence and while i can find the police report the court papers are unable to be found. Horribly disorganized.
