I love how friendly the staff is every time we go. They remember who we are and they make our visit very comfortable. Both my son and I are not completely satisfy with the out come of his visits because after the numbing wears off he has a hard time still with eating because he can feel the FILLINGS that were done. I'm hoping this next visit will get things taken care of.
Staff was friendly. Teresa and Dr Harish did a great job with my son. They had a lot of patience with him and were very nice. Thank you Kool Smilez for making us feel comfortable at our visit
Every thing went so smoothly. Dr. Gogineni was so great with my son. Melissa the Dental Assistant was calm and collected and helped everything to go perfectly smoothly. First dentist trip and with the removal of a tooth - went perfectly! It was so great that my son is - excited to go see the very nice dentist and nurse again; it hurt a little, but they did not want to hurt me and it was okay. (His words, not mine.) I'm so grateful for this wonderful experience and the care and consideration that was taken for me and my children.
Coming here at first was an alright experience for me, but now every time I schedule an appointment, they always reschedule me 5 months later or so because if I get called in at work, I miss the appointment. Not to mention after I reschedule, they continue to call me at least 5 times a week to make one! And whenever I do get through an appointment, I'm always waiting for 45 minutes or so in the front, then another 40+ minutes in the back before the doctor sees me. If I had all the time in the world, I wouldn't be complaining, but now I dread coming in because of the wait! They book way too many patients at a time. I would suggest somewhere else.
Kool Smiles is great for people like me - cowardly when it comes to dentists. I appreciate the way they do what they can to make you feel comfortable when you are very anxious to start with. The reception area is clean and welcoming and all the staff are friendly. The dentist who extracted the tooth that was bothering me was very professional and kind at the same time. They are reasonably priced when compared to other dentists in the area. They also try to get you in as soon as they are able to.
