Twice we walked out of the appliance department because no one was there to help us. One time left because the store didn't open until 11 am. I never want to go back.
Exceptional staff that is there. I found out that they have a new management team that truly cares about the customer. Also, I didn't know that they had a Mattress department. I was thoroughly impressed by the man their I believe his name was Sherrel Brown. Highly Highly recommend this turn around their.
Poor customer service in need of more employees who actually want to work and the store is closing soon
The store hours are absolutely horrible. The mall is open from 10:00 to 9:00 Monday Through Saturday and Sears open 11 to 8. We went to pick up appliances and had to return at a later time. Only one register open with one person working for checking out items. She was having people open up credit cards etc with 5 people in line. I was in line 45 minutes for a return. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder Sears is going broke
