Easy online ordering, prices are decent BUT on the busy day like Valentine's Day to not answer your phone is ridiculous. I ordered flowers for my wife several days ahead and at 5pm on Valentine's Day they still were not delivered. I called and called no answer. So I left my job to go and see if the store was even open and of course it was. With a store of about 6 or seven ladies all busy. I was greeted immediately by a very kind lady they were all very nice. I understand your busy but to not answer the phone or have an answering service for customers is just poor service. I will possibly use them again but not on a busy holiday. Very upsetting. Please fix.
And business owners wonder why we buy online. Teddy bear and three roses 33.99 online, delivered vs. two day old roses and teddy bear delivered for 56.xx. They later called and wanted another $10 for the 23 miles round trip. We picked it up - the lady told me she would reimburse me for the delivery costs - she never did. Won't ever be back.
