The customer service was awesome! I went in there and told the sales woman, Loretta, I was just looking and she still took the time to show me the different furniture I was interested in, giving me tips to look for quality when shopping for furniture. She answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all since I had told her up front I was just looking that day. I left with a lot of information and will most definitely be going back to buy a few pieces
We have been looking on-line and in-town for living room furniture, and a single dresser for months, but had never been to Haverty's. Went in on Saturday and were amazed at the size of the store; the lovely atmosphere, the kind, helpful employees, and the huge selection. The prices were what shocked us most: Haverty's is superior to other stores in town in every way, but their prices do not reflect it. Lynell helped us find and purchase our new living room sectional. Easy peasy- and a very pleasant experience! We can't wait for delivery day!
The furniture was perfect, but it was crazy expensive. Plus 500 dollars for bunk bed stairs. CRAZY.
