I have been so pleased with the service. The staff practically bent over backwards to get me an ice machine that would work within the limits of my building and within my budget. During this last deer season my hunting camp needed a new walk-in freezer for our meat. I called all around town and Angelo Refrigeration and Restaurant Supply was the only company in town that could match up the exact specifications of what I needed. Not only did they get us a great product but they did it within our budget. The knowledge and quality of work really shows in this company. I have been very pleased with the freezer that we purchased, it has been able to handle all of our needs large and small- and the freezer runs like a top, no problems at all. I would definitely recommend Angelo Refrigeration and Restaurant Supply for any commercial or domestic needs they seem to handle everything from small scale to very large scale equipment, sales and service with a knowledge and expertise that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Rude and very defensive over their company. Well idk why or who set a fire up the owner bottom concerning basic facts on Google maps. But their is a definite ugliness about them. I will say my bad for calling on a Sunday. My reason for that is if it was a business they surely wouldn't answer their vm would pick up and state the name of the business. I was polite and friendly I even apologized many times two the receptionist and owner. It was in vain because they were extremely hateful and I would rather pay more money to anyone else if I should ever need their business. Shame on you Angelo refrigeration. Lightning up social networking is the future.
I have been in the restaurant business for the last 15 years, and I have bought equipment and had service done by just about everyone under the sun. These guys can fix the problems that the other local companies just could not seem to fix and they did not screw me over on the price like the other guys did. I have had only one issue with the equipment that I purchased and it was taken care of within one hour! I will absolutely do business with them again.
