On two separate occasions my wife's card has been double charged on two different visits and both the husband and wife the owners were not willing to cooperate to refund the erroneous charges. Very disappointed after all the years of business my wife has given them with no cooperation. SMH.
They have horrible service they refused to do what I wanted for nails and made me choose a simpler style! Claimed it'd be to expensive. I'll post what I wanted but was denied

It honestly used to be great but I'm not sure what happened to all the staff. They're short handed every single time I come. That's my biggest complaint. I need to find another salon.
I have been coming to this nail salon for many years now and have always said this was the best in San Angelo... But since all of the old staff has left and it has changed names/owners it is terrible. I was rushed to pick my color and then my nails came out different lengths. When I went to pay I was charged double what I have always been charged. I didn't say anything bc my mother had gone there the day before and had a similar experience I decided I would just pay the money and never go back! So disappointed...
