We have purchased several gift certificates from them over the years. Never had a problem. NEVER AGAIN!!
My Girlfriend had a pedicure at this place and one week later her toe nails started to disintegrate. One is almost gone and 6 others are crumbling apart. She went in to complain and they said it was not them, but that she had kicked something to cause her toenails to disintegrate. This place is no good.
Very nice. My friend and I came in when it was busy but we were still taken care of as we should be. Very very pleasant pedicure, and the lady did a fantastic job on the design. Very patient and friendly. Manicure was great too. Best nail salon experience I've ever had. And for a very reasonable price for both. Fantastic
My daughter and I went to have our nails done and the service was amazing along with the friendly staff. Always a great professional and speedy job.
He used a clean tip to PRY off my old set, even after I told him I just wanted a trim and fill repeatedly! This ripped up my own nails, and hurt badly. After 20 minutes, I told him to stop, I was leaving. He flapped around and got a soak bowl ready. My own nails had to be clipped completely off, and now, three days later, my hands and nails are sore, tender, and red. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT USE THIS SALON!
The manicure table was cluttered, and dusty. The area around the table had tips, dust, clutter, and had not been swept in a while. They were understaffed for a Saturday in their location. I was told ten minutes, but waited almost 40. The pedicure tech got my daughter in the chair in five minites, as promised.
The manicurist, apparently also owner/manager, got up repeatedly during my manicure to handle business, which took three to five minutes each time. He asked a regular to come back for her appointment over an hour later.
I went to get a pedicure. I had a $40 gift certificate. The man at the desk said it was no good. He said they had changed owners. Then he said it was expired. Then he said it wasn't a real gift certificate (he said it was only worth $4 and the store doesn't sell them but hands them out). I ended up receiving a $25 pedicure. I went back for a receipt as proof that I only recived the pedicure. He was not happy and tried to charge me $25.
I went in for a manicure fill and a trim. I've been wearing professionally manicured nails for over ten years.
