It was my husband's first time coming here and it was packed so we thought we'd have to wait a long time, asked the lady and was told 15 minutes. Then Shanna came and got my husband. He was expecting it to be horrible because of previous reviews. It was actually pretty great, she was so nice to us and made us feel like we had known her forever. And the lady next to her was very sweet as well. I can see my husband coming back here. I know my son's next cut will be here too. Definitely impressed. Highly recommend Shanna!! She's amazing!
Drop in stars for me today due to new tech sign in implemented caused a longer wait because a glitch didn't actually sign me in. An already long 30 min wait turned into 40 to 50 minute wait for a haircut. Staff got me signed in after a frustrating process for them and myself. Good people but sad that the system hadn't been tested fully.
I went there with high expectations and I came out looking fresh. I had hair down to my mouth when I walked in and they changed it up and I couldn’t me more satisfied. I highly recommend this place!!!
