It's ok for a basic cut. Neve perfect but these places are always like that. Friendliness of staff is always hit and miss.
Shelby cut my hair and she did a great job on my hair. She took her time and showed a great amount of care for a job well done. She is very kind and pleasant!

All the While They Have 7 People Waiting For a haircut. People walking out do to the unprofessional manor in which the ladies are conducting business. Very disappointing.
I'd give 3.5 stars now because service was good, staff friendly after a lengthy wait. They recently had some staffing issues. Apart from the wait time, it was great service.
