Our son was diagnosised ASD here, it took way to long to get the report over to his pediatrician. (7 weeks after his eval) We called several weeks in a row, with little to no comminication from Dr Hanby or staff. She knew we were trying to get him into therapy services. I requested something in writing the day we recieved his diagnosis, her lack of communication and untimely manner has done nothing but prolong the help my son needs.

My experience with Scarlet Oak Psychology has been one of the best experiences I have had with a psychologist. Dr. Hanby is an exceptional listener, she is patient, honest, and constructive in her approach. I have never felt less than comfortable in her care. I have seen more than a few psychologists looking for someone to fit my needs; I am particular in whom I put my trust in. I would recommend Dr. Hanby to anyone in the San Angelo area.
Do not go here, do not take your kids here. This has got to be the most Gloomy place I've ever been in...The staff didn't smile at me a single time and when they were interacting with my son they made it seem like a chore. Some people don't need to work with kids...these are some of those people. There is literally no joy in what they do, its just a job and its empty and meaningless for them. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WOULD BE BETTER DRIVING TO DALLAS.
