The staff was very attentive and sincerely tried to help.
The wait was said to be 30 mins. Although there were several patients ahead of me, still I was in before 30 mins. The staff was very courteous and professional.
My son who is 22 months old went into this clinic and received the worst bed side care. The doctor (Dr. Kathie Horrace-Voigt) who saw him was extremely rude and acted like my son shouldn't have been there and then treated me as if I was incompetent. She didn't explain to me what medicine she was prescribing other than it was to help with his pain. I was never given the official name I had to call the pharmacy to get the information I asked the nurse and dr for. When I asked about the cream they were putting on his burn and what exactly it was going to do she replied with, "it has silver in it that's all I know". When we were removing his shirt to apply the cream, I was trying to be gentle because my baby was in pain and the nurse said "just do it quickly it will hurt but he will be fine". They also put tape on my sons burn when I told them that he was also sunburned right beside the burns and said that would hurt him the nurse said "he will just have to deal with it". I received the absolute worst care for my baby, I do not recommended anyone to this place at all! I give this place zero stars it was absolutely awful do not take your children here!!!!
I was attended by "Chris" James Dickinson. I had 102 fever, running as high as 104. Aching all over. He was very attentive and thorough, he projected competence. After picking my medicine from the pharmacy, and taking my first doses, I started to feel better. And, next day is much better. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is not a train. Thanks Shannon.
Very courteous super fast he was very attentive to the level of my pain and made sure that my stitches were good and that I had plenty of lidocaine I will be returning I was in and out in about two hours thank you so much Shannon staff
Waited for 3hrs!! Never have I ever waited that long!! This place is freaking ridiculous!!!
