never use Glenn Ihde, he was ran out of Arlington and could not even practice at the Arlington hospital. Went and saw him and he charged me 250.00 and saw me for 5 minutes and told me to go home and go to the bathroom, I end up in hospital 3 hours later with a blocked bowel. Horrible Horrible doctor shows West Texas medical their character for hiring him
I have never had any problems with the billing dept. or any other dept.
Way too slow I have been here for over an hour with the same 4 people ahead of me and noone has been called to see the Doctor!!
They are the worst when it comes to billing!!! They send me a bill, for $20 I have paid!
I've been with my primary doctor for a long time. I'm from out of town. Long story short: I took time off work to drive all the way there only to be told I had to pay 60 instead of 50 that I had with me or they would reschedule me. My copay is 30. They actually gave my copay back to me and sent me out the door! They'd rather give your money back and turn you away! And didnt even have the decency to let me know this beforehand!
