they reimbursed me for the cost of the ruined shirt. That means a lot.
Bottom line :
went back for the shirt again and there were still a couple stains. they called the boss again and I was told "oh well, they can't clean it". I paid for it twice and sent it back three times and they were nothing but flippant.
Whenever i had a shirt ironed a little hot.. Or ended up with spots....
Had the same problem with stains on shirts and I had FR clothing missing. They charged me extra for heavy starch and clothes doesn't look starched.
They take care of me. Also, they call me if I leave anything in pockets. eg. money.. credit cards
I took several shirt in for starch. Two weeks later I pulled a shirt from the plastic wrap and notices there were oil spots all over the front. I took it back and was told I would have to pay for cleaning. I did. I came back the next day and all the stains were still on the shirt. I prepaid and left the shirt again.
The dry cleaning of the garments was fine. The problem I have is twofold. The woman who took the order and returned the clothes was cold and distant; one word answers with out giving any help or suggestions to questions. No customer service skills whatsoever. Secondly, the total, even after a supposed 20% discount, was very high. But the only receipt I was provided with was for a singular total amount without itemization of each garment and price listed, so there is no way to verify this woman's accuracy.
