This was the worst delivery I've ever had. In the past they shipped my package to the wrong location but this time the delivery man left a note on my door saying that he will be there between the hours of 2-5 but he came at 1:48pmCST. He didn't knock on my door; he just left a not saying he had attempted to deliver my package when he didn't know my door. When I called their office, they couldn't tell me where the man was and they said they would call me back but they never did. I had to call two times before I get somebody who was the only one willing to give me directions to where the delivery man was. After I saw the delivery man, he keep on insisting that he did knock on my door and that I shouldn't be telling him that he didn't knock my door. I call to report him to his supervisor and they said they'll write him up and I told his supervisor that I will call the company where I bought my stuff from and write a review up here for everyone to see. In fact, this same delivery guy was the one that delivered my package sometimes back to the wrong location.
