I'll be honest, I'm not the easiest buyer when it comes to real estate. It took us over 4 months to find something the wife and I both like and Rick never once tried to push us in a home or tried to expedite the process. He truly wanted his clients happy with the house they buy. He doesn't just point on the great things about a house but also some of the things that you should watch out for. It took over 2 months to close because Rick kept finding issues with the documentation that the sellers agent sent over (In fact, the sellers agent dropped the ball on some pretty critical documentation). His attention to detail saved us HUGE. We received money at closing due to his negotiation skills. We paid NOTHING to buy our new home. He's a true professional that wants to serve his clients best interests not his. Working with Rick was an obsolete pleasure and if we ever sell our home, we know who we're going to contact! Couldnt ask for a better landlord. Renting from Mr. Hanby is easy and hassle free. Had only a couple things that needed fixing, one was a water heater that broke and he was there super quick to fix the issue. He took care of things and was very respectful of privacy.
