Great customer service! Professional staff at the business location and on the jobsite. Workers were courteous, took great care in handling household and outdoor items which required moving, and cleaned the workspace and surrounding area before leaving.
Called to schedule an appointment for window replacement shortly after their posted opening hours.
I'll take my business elsewhere.
Update: the company did call back to fix the problem. This goes to show they care about their work, solid place!
They did a good job on my outside screen installation and the technician was friendly. It took about two weeks for them to build the screen for installation. The only issue was that I came home to the wrong screen color. Still looks good, but for the money I paid I was hoping to get the right color. I would still recommend them based on the quality, just make sure you are home when they come to install.
