This is a great place to live both for college students and families. It is very quiet, has excellent management and any issues I have had were quickly resolved. I have never had anything stolen, and the lots are large with good shade trees. I could not ask for a better location or better people, as far as mobile home parks go. I would recommend anyone making this "not so typical" mobile home park their home!
