Horrible service and rude agents do not use them!!! We have a business account and have the fastest internet with them I'm constantly having outages we are switching to suddenlink I'm so excited!!
I would not recommend. I called to get service at the 1st of September. After 2 appointment they did not show up for they finally had a guy coming out on the 3rd try. The morning of the 3rd appointment they called me to tell me I couldn't get service at my home. Why they couldn't tell me that when I first called idk. I wouldn't even get it 1 star
Don't get frontier there connection for San Angelo Texas area sucks and there customer service is horrible I was on the phone with them for about two hours with them I got transferred about 6 time so I spoke with six different people in two hours I would stay away
ABSOLUTELY unreliable, go anywhere but here
