Easy to pick up car, even got an upgrade with no hassle. USAA gives a nice discount especially if you're under 25! Pay attention to what time the flights come in, though; makes for long lines. Dropbox is an awesome feature to deter the wait on return.
Staff was awesome to work with, called a few days ahead to make sure they were going to have the vehicle I specified. Upon arrival I noticed on the tag that the staff had put a note to hold the vehicle for my rental. No other company I have dealt with would have done that for a customer. Facility was located in the airport, but nice none the less.
