The enterprise staff made the whole rental process a breeze! The day before my reservation time I called and confirmed my reservation and went first thing the next morning to pick it up. They were very thorough explaining the car and process. They didn't have a car the same size as mine so I got one that was a size up, was a 2017 Toyota Camry. It was very nice and clean.
When returning it, they did a quick inspection, verified that insurance was taking care of all of it and I was on my way less than 5 minutes after walking in the door. Overall I spent less than 10 minutes in the shop, including picking it up and dropping it off. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I definitely recommend them!
My car is in the shop, my Ins USAA said they have a contract with Enterprise rental car and I would have a car right away. Called Enterprise on Monday no car available till Thursday not a good deal. :(
