Great service
took my 2013 f-150 for a leveling kit install. when I picked up my truck I found a oil hand print on the front seat. the next day I took the truck for a front wheel alignment. it was found that all the nuts were loose. went back to L and N to tell them about it. All they told me was( is that so. ) then I took my truck to West Texas Off Road to redo the job. L and N Automotive will never get anymore of my business again.
I stood at the Front for 15 minutes waiting on someone and no one helped me. Once I got someone's attention they said theyd be right with me and then started helping someone else. I will never ever come back to this place for anything.
The staff was rude the few times I've been to get an inspection. The 2 previous times have been horrible. They made a mess in the car removing the inspection sticker and didn't clean it up. The second time I got a run around that my vehicle wouldn't pass inspection for an issue that didn't exist. Owner was probably looking to make a buck off a non existent problem. I took the vehicle to another inspection shop down the street and it passed with no problems.
I have been here many times throughout the years and have found the owner and his son to be exceptionally well organized with a well established family owned business in San Angelo. I would recommend this place being that I know better than to believe what these other people have said in their ratings. They have built some beautiful cars throughout the years and certainly are respected in this business and in San Angelo.
