TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT do business here. I have never been one to leave a bad review but this one takes the cake. Long story short we take my fiancés pickup to get an oil change, inspection done an over all checkup for his truck basically, we left paying well over $1000. They "supposedly" inspected my finances 2007 F150 the previous Friday but when I take the pickup to get the registration done there is no inspection form or any evidence that they inspected it! I call Midas and they say the inspector is out for the day to call back tomorrow well that doesn't work for me I have plans the next day. So I call back a few minutes later to see if there is anything they can print off for me to show the registration people so he tells me to come in and see what they can do. He tells me they have no record of an inspection being done but I paid for it? Makes absolutely no sense! He tells me to go get it inspected elsewhere and then bring him the ticket and he will refund me. So I'm running all over town because of these idiots! So I go get it inspected at another place in town and they were very understanding and tried to look in the database again to see if they missed anything and nothing. So they reinspect my car and then the mechanic comes in and tells me my wiper blades are no good and they need to put new ones on or else it won't pass inspection! After I already paid for brand news at Midas!! I return to Midas to show him the ticket and show him my wiper blades. He did refund my money for both but I am so upset about the whole experience. Who knows what else we paid for that they didn't even fix. Very unprofessional business. I repeat do not do business there. I wouldn't even leave 1 star. Awful.

My husband took our used Jeep we had just purchased in this weekend to have an oil change done. It was there from 1:30 on Friday till 3 o'clock on Saturday . We knew that oil had been leaking and asked them to fix it. $300 later, we came to pick up our Jeep and it was still leaking. Since it was closing time, the guy told us to just go ahead and leave and come back on Monday. Monday we went to Goodyear instead.
Turns out that the bolts had not been put back on properly. I realize this was probably not something that Midas did wrong. It was probably from the previous owner period but when someone tells you that they have fixed the problem and charge you $300, it would be nice to know that the problem was actually fixed
Such friendly, professional, and helpful service here. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable of their jobs and goes above and beyond to make sure your car gets what it needs without pushing for unneeded services. Highly recommend this Midas to everyone!
