Rent a wheel is the just place to go to get your tires and rims.Juan went above and beyond to get my first set of rims and when I changed vehicles once again,he went above and beyond to find the rims that suited me and the vehicle that I'm driving right now. Going from a Toyota tundra to a jeep wrangled was a bog change and he made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.I will DEFINITELY BE A RETURN CUSTOMER,and will recommend friends a family to shop with Juan.The other employees were also helpful and courteous with any questions that I had.THANKS AGAIN TO JUAN AND HIS TEAM!!!!!
Crooked as the day is long! I went to close and account for someone else and Juan immediately tanked on a warranty without asking if the person wanted the charge or not. I paid it anyway and assumed the person didn't have the correct final payment info for early payoff. When I spoke with the other person, they didn't want the warranty and had to call Juan to straighten it out. Juan, however, was out to lunch that afternoon... Until 5pm, when the other person called again and was then told I would need to go back to their location to get the charge refunded on my card. So I went back and waited patiently while Juan conversed with another clerk about some random business questions before he finally refunded the amount, after being called up front to deal with me for a refund. This looks like a bogus warranty with discounts on a lot of other random products like groceries and kid safe identity programs. I will never set foot in this shop again, and advise anyone else to find a more reputable business to deal with in the future. I certainly wouldn't deal with this Juan person, here or anywhere else.
