I went in and got my oil changed over 2 weeks ago and the guy who did my oil change broke my antenna and had me fill out a paper to get it replaced. I have called 2 times in 3 days to see if my antenna is there and the guy I need to speak with (his name is Dev) was not there. He was supposed to call me back the next day after the first time I called, he never did, and then I call back the next day after that and he isn't there. I am extremely mad at how unprofessional they are being and how long it is taking me to get my antenna, which they may already have it and just aren't contacting me. Also the girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and makes it obvious she doesn't care about her job or the customers.

Hello, Everyone. I just want to warn yall about Stripes Total Car Care on 4560 Sherwood way. I just drove in to get my oil change and my driver side window was fully working when I drove in. When I picked up my car after the car was finished I tried to pull up the window and it would not move. It looks like somehow the window is either disconnected from the motor or the rubber band in the door is not working and it was fully working before hand. I asked their manager what needs to be done to fix my window and the manager told me there was no way any of their employees could have broken the window even though it was clearly fully functional before they did the oil change. They told me I could fill out a form to see if they would fix it but he told me they probably won't approve it. So I called the police to get a report filled and the manager changed his story and said that I needed to just fill out that form and the insurance people would take care of it and denied that he said nothing would be done. So now I'm stuck with a broken window and hoping Stripes will take RESPONSIBILITY for their mistake. Be careful if you decide to take your car to get serviced at Stripes and keep an eye on them while they do it because so far they showed me that they will not take any RESPONSIBILITY for their actions.
If I wanted to come home and wash my truck and clean the windows again I wouldn't have paid for a car wash not only the people can't hear you say anything because they headphones on and listening to their music
The Manager for the car wash is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. He auto charges every month for car wash services, yet he keeps the tunnel closed half of the time with no warranted reason. He comes off as lazy and doesn't seem to want to work with customers. I have had nothing but problems from this place and I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. There is much better service elsewhere.
