2 hours to get an oil change when they told me 45 minutes. First they said they couldn't do it becaus I had a 2$ bill in my floor board, and the second time they tried to tell me they couldn't do it because they didn't have the filter when I had bought it and it was it the passenger seat.
Waited 2 and1/2 hrs to get tires installed.and its still not ready.not very happy with wal mart right now
