Nice and clean. Organized. The staff is hit or miss. Some really nice people there and some attitudes.
Horrible customer service. Refuses to sell anything that doesn't have a price tag on it!! I had a basket full of things and when I was unloading it the dream catcher (which would be hard to keep a sticker on it) didn't have one and the cashier said she couldn't sell it to me!! I mean you can't get someone from the back to put a sticker on it right quick while I wait?! You just take it away and say sorry!!! Shopping is exciting and then you go check out and they start taking things away from you bc they didn't sticker them!! I asked to talk to the manager Christina who was very rude and unconcerned. She asked what item I was talking about then grabbed it and walked off!!!! No care in the world!! While I was standing in the front waiting on the careless manager a couple was checking out and got their white flowers taken away from them too bc of No Price tag!! Any store in this town will find me a price on an item they had for sale when I was checking out except Goodwill!! Are you kidding me?!?! The store is losing money and customers!! Bad management!!!
Items are well displayed and store very clean, staff is very helpful. I like the store on College Hills Blvd .
Great location off of Loop 306 and College Hills. The store is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a "Hello" from them when you enter the store.
