Patty and her staff are amazing!... I was shopping for a wedding dress and the first time I went in, I was in a hurry and only got to try on a few dresses. With only 2weeks until my wedding, I went back to Korona's solely because Patty and her staff were great and made me feel so comfortable. I hadn't really found a dress that I like but I love the environment. So when I went back, they were so helpful and help me find the perfect dress for me at an incredible price!... Patty was extremely honest and helpful she even told me about a sale starting that next Saturday to help me save some money. She was completely concerned about my needs besides making a sale! Then also she had it fixed and cleaned and the steam in the timeframe that I needed it!... I appreciate their great customer service, honesty and professionalism!... definitely the place to go!...
Love love love this place. I found my daughter's sweet 16 dress here for an AMAZING price. I'll definitely be going back for my other daughters' dress and prom dresses!!!

Customer service was "okay" but the clothing that is being rented out is in very bad shape. If I had the time I would go out and buy instead of renting. Only the date is coming up fast so I HAD to rent. I have lots of proms and coming up in future years and I will seriously be buying from now on instead of going into your store. The lady was not even concerned. When I told her the shirt was very faded (it was black) all she had to say was "they are all like that." That is not good for business.
After the dress came in i went to try it on to see if i would need alterations. I didn’t need any, but they told me they wanted to keep it until the wedding. I had already paid for the dress so it should have been mine to take home that day. All i can think of is the amount of people that could have tried it on since it was shipped to their store. Amy was the only staff member that stood out to me for being nice and welcoming to customers
I will probably never be back again. The first time i went to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress i had a horrible experience with the staff. The lady got someone else’s dress that they had already purchased for me to try on. Then as I’m taking it off the lady told me “if you gain any pre-Thanksgiving weight then you’re going to have to go up a size.” The dress fit me fine but the lady made me feel like a can of biscuits that could pop open at any moment. Definitely not how i wanted to feel after trying on a dress.
