Ultimately I spent more than I planned, but it was because they educated me, not tricked me. It's rare to find a specialty shop that treats customers as more than a paycheck. Thanks!
Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I've came in on 4 different occasions to get something put in. They always got me in right away and did a great job on the install. Great products and I'm very happy with my system.
Rather than pushing the top dollar install, they gave me options for each phase, and explained the differences in quality and cost.

I've been to multiple audio shops spent alot off money just to be disappointed... But at super audio that was not the case I got great service with friendly people and the sound and qualtiy is out of this world I highly highly recommend you visit for any and I mean any audio service you need these guys know how to strecth your dollar and help u find the right sound ... I will never take or trust my car with anyone else.
I visited this store promoting products and services. I am one of this man's peers, from a professional standpoint the operation is first class, I recieved a tour. Much dicussion was made about product and sevice. I can tell the work done here uses modern technology and old world craftsmanship. He took time out of his day to accomodate me and what I was presenting. This is what our great industry needs, places like this!
Took my 4Runner in with a baffling and complicated audio issue. Staff was patient and knowledgeable. Most important to me was how they explained what the likely causes were and steps to fix the problem.
Wanted to charge double the online prices, before installation. Later quoted a price for install of online-purchased speakers and was given a day and time to drop the vehicle off to have it installed. On that day, the second manager/owner came out and gave me some sob story about how complicated it was (it was quite literally, a very basic install), and how they only install products not sold by them as a favor, and on and on - basically ignoring the fact that I had agreed on a price and had set up an appointment already. I got tired of listening to his obvious BS and left. This place is a total scam and a joke, with no intention of doing reputable, competent, reliable, or reasonable business. STAY CLEAR!
