I have really enjoyed shopping at Grogan's. I have found everyone there to be super helpful and friendly. It is really a pleasant shopping experience, and the staff is not only friendly, but is very knowledgable and eager to help. It reminds me of how stores used to be before the big box stores and chain stores moved in.

I have to say that the customer service seems exceptional. Grogan's has contacted me twice in regards to a product I purchased almost a year ago that I had issues with. Even a year later and after I had already forgotten, their desire for integrity is top notch.
