I was in search of a good sofa sleeper for use in my home office for house guests. Trouble is, the narrow, awkward hall leading into that room appeared not to accommodate this piece of furniture. The young manager, Ben Plank, spent a great deal of time helping figure out the logistics of this issue. He was knowledgeable, patient, cheerful on an extremely hot day -- in short, he made me feel he cared and would help figure it all out. Good shopping experience, personal attention -- priceless.
