This place sucks. The bosses are a bunch of fake people. Always talk bad about the customer after they leave. Their a really racist family. Treat their employees like slaves, the furniture is over priced for what it is. You’re welcome i saved y’all a trip to trend
I purchased a recliner from this place and after a couple of months it began to make weird noises when reclining like it wants to fall apart. Would not recommend this "furniture" store.
We bought an $800 recliner. The blonde older saleswoman was very nice and helpful. We waited 6 weeks to receive the recliner. When we went to pick up the chair the men that helped us were RUDE and very unfriendly. Shockingly, one of them was the owner (the tall white guy in the commercials). They were mad because we wanted to see the chair before we signed their waiver (the waiver states there is no damage to the chair and they won't be responsible for any damage once you take the chair off the lot. It also states that they inspect the chair prior but when my husband asked if they had they said no.) Poorly managed, and I will not be returning. The only reason it's two stars and not one, is the nice saleswoman.
Bought a nice reclining leather couch. I was worried about my dogs, the leather surface and possible damage over time. when this did happen I spoke with the salesman and he scheduled time to come and inspect the damage. He brought some appropriate leather dye and spent over an hour applying and buffing into the leather. He also told me if returned he would order a new center cushion if I needed ( I have not needed to do this yet). Thanks for the service.
Bought sectional couch delivery guys snagged a little bit of the fabric owner went above and beyond to repair it great customer service they stand behind what they sell
