Very friendly staff. Wood selection is hit and miss. I love the discount flowers here, most of the time it's due to overwatering and I can save the plant.
This time was better than last experiences at Lowe's. We actually had someone help us and not just sit on the computer.
Right after moving here, I came by this Lowe's and had a really awful experience. I needed a part that the specialist in the department not only could not locate but he was a complete jerk throughout the entire process. He was unfriendly, demeaning, and I was just stunned the entire time that they allowed someone with this attitude to work for them. It turned out they did have the part. The problem was the lack of knowledge among staff.
This is the best home improvement store experience I've EVER had in my life! I'm a military spouse and just bought a house in San Angelo for my husband and I. He is still in training and I was tasked with house prep. We had no fridge, no tools, and the house needed tons of paint! Thankfully Gene hooked me up with an amazing fridge that Robert expertly delivered and set up for me! Mike in the paint department was on point and got me what I needed in no time! Everyone was insanely helpful and I'm so thankful we went with Lowes! I strongly recommend this place if you are in the San Angelo area!
Worst customer service of any Lowe’s iv been to. Been waiting for assistance for 30 minutes. Have asked 3 different employees all of whom just walked off.
