Wow, I could not believe how TERRIBLE of an experience it was. I was looking into renting one of their properties but upon noticing a large cockroach infestation I asked the woman behind the desk about it. She denied the problem and said it was up to me to fix it, in the rudest tone of voice. I couldn't believe she had ever sold a property with the attitude she possessed. Customer service was just about the last thing she was concerned about. I would never, and I repeat NEVER ask her for another consultation on anything. She was impolite, ill-mannered, and overall as discourteous as you can be. Nope, no, never again... steer clear.
