My wife had gone into the clinic several times because she could not stop coughing. First time she met with a young guy that told her that it was just allergies, so he prescribed her cough medicine and sent her on her way. Second time she met with a lady that took her visit a bit more serious, who had told her that it might be bronchitis, so she prescribed a few other things and told her that if it doesn't help then come back in a week and they can move forward. When my wife went back she met the same guy from the first visit. The guy made my wife feel that all she was there for was the medicine, he didn't take her visit serious, he took a x ray of her chest and told her that there was nothing there and prescribed her another much smaller bottle of cough medicine. This has been going to for nearly two months now and all he had told her is that it was allergies. We went to a competitor clinic after that visit and she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Needless to say, that guy should not be able to suggest anything to anyone, and we will never be back to that clinic ever again.
I had a small laceration on a weekend when my PCP was unavailable. The front office ladies and the physician were very nice and I got stitched up fairly quickly. Thanks.
I have taken my mother here several times and we have always had superior care with exceptional care and attention. I am grateful!

I want in on 5/19/17 @ 12:45 pm. I would have went to the one in Bryant but this horrible place was right around the corner. As I go in to register I'm stopped with a loud "stop right there...what's you last name?" So I register and go to the waiting room. My name is called and I go to the back @ 12:50. My vitals are checked and that's the last I seen of anyone until I walked out @ 2:05 pm. I was disregarded by the doctor because I was not important to him until I was already upset. There is a while lot more to my visit at the 1/2 a star buisness. I will let others know besides this review how I was treated. Go yh a the urgent care on bryant,the are a ☆☆☆☆☆.
