I only give this guy one star because it is required to leave "POOR" rating. Unbelievably nasty and arrogant person answered the phone. Very uninformed about certain jewelry things. My own jeweler was out of town and I needed a ring polished. This guy claimed platinum cannot be polished and ridiculed me for suggesting it could be! I don't know how he stays in business. Avoid. There are other small jewelry stores in town who offer friendly, fast, kind and quality service. They could give this guy a lesson, not only in jewelry matters, but in personal relations.

I wouldn't buy a drink of water from this guy if he was running a concession-stand in hell. I went in with a question regarding whether he stocked a certain item, and he was very rude, unpleasant, and talked himself right out of a fine sale (which was enjoyed down the road at Glass Jewelers).
