Wanted to see about purchasing a Concho Pearl and arrived at Legend Jewelers at 8:50 am. Sign on door said Holiday Hours, Mon - Sat open at 9 am. It was 40 degrees out so walked around a bit and came back at 9 am (per my phone). While there were clerks inside, could clearly see the door was still locked so I waited right there in plain sight at the entrance. Finally left at 9:10, as there was no movement towards opening the front door and I wasn't going to hang in the cold any longer. I understand there could have been an issue but they could have at least acknowledged me and let me know they would be delayed opening. Nope, just hanging out in the cold, wondering why they aren't open per their posted hours. Guess they didn't want my business and they won't be getting it ever. I also won't be shopping in downtown San Angelo as a whole, just don't have time to waste with business owners who only want to work hours convenient to them and not convenient to their potential customers.
I would definitely send anybody and everybody looking for quality jewelry to Legends. Thanks Legends for all of the hard work put in to finding the ring.
My experience with Legend Jewelers has been wonderful. The staff is both extremely personable and helpful. The owner, Mark Priest, is the sweetest, nicest most knowledgeable guy you'd ever want to meet. We made several purchases: We reset diamond earrings, got a new setting for my diamond solitaire, purchased a matching anniversary band, changed a ring to a necklace, and had a custom wedding band made for my husband. The custom pieces are beautiful and everything we bought are pieces that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Don't waste your time at the mall-if they don't have EXACTLY what you want or need, Legend Jewelers can get it or make it for you!
The staff at Legend Jewlers was beyond helpful. I was extremely picky with my selection of engagement ring. They worked just as hard for me all the way through the selection process as they did the first day I walked in.
I took my ring in to get it repaired and it came out looking better then new. All of the people at Legend are very friendly and nice and willing to help you.
