Could use some upgrades.... staff make up for any lacking..wonderful ppl
It is what I expected for the price. Roaches! Sheets where never changed. (6 day stay) Coffee wasn't replaced everyday. Some things didn't work ie: bathroom vent (both rooms), org room smelt of marijuana, bathroom light didn't work. The hotel staff were nice and very respectful and switched my room. Bathtub didn't drain properly even with the room change. Overall I give this hotel (1) stars, for the price. NO military discount, No clean bed sheets, no coffee replacements for 2 days. Personally, I will not book this hotel ever again. Needless to say, I left before spending the 6th night In room 109, no refund was given for the last day. Didn't expect it with a place like this... if your military or ex military I recommend you go to a hotel that recognizes veterans, and get yourself a nice hotel at the same price of this one.
You do have to deal with the Train at all times of the night!
The breakfast is hot but a lot of scramble eggs and sausage
The staff does what it can to make your stay a pleasure
Sheets were dirty, light bulbs were out, the bathtub wouldn't drain the water, the only good thing about this place was the bed was big, and good shows on television. Oh, and no reason to get a non smoking room, it's gonna smell like cigarettes anyway, and to top it all off, there is a train that comes through and NEVER fails to wake you up in the middle of the night, everynight!
Comfortable beds clean sheets towels and very nice decorated. Shower has great pressure and very clean. And when I return back from work bed is made trash thrown carpet vacuumed new towels shower toilet cleaned. Great job
