Cons: The bedrooms are quite small. Parking lot is tight and spaces are limited. The walls are very thin(I could hear my neighbor snoring, almost as if he was in bed with me). There are occasional cockroaches (Under the bathroom sink, there was a hole in the wall for the piping. The hole was cut much too big and no sealed up, and any bugs and roaches in the walls were able to come into our apartment through that hole). The maintenance crew is not the best (We had a leak where the corner of my bedroom that was against the corner of the tub in the bathroom got completely soaked. It ruined the bookshelf that I had over there. Maintenance had to come by to figure out what was happening, so they came and cut two giant square shaped holes in the bedroom walls and a hole in the dining room wall. Of course these giant holes led to bugs and roaches coming into our apartment. It took the maintenance crew several weeks to fix the leak, and they even had to bring in multiple different people to try to fix it).
One of the nicest places in San Angelo to rent an apartment. Quick on the maintenance, allows pets, and has very friendly staff. Nicely maintained and landscaped, did not have any safety issues. I lived here a year and never had any problems, the only reason I moved was to save money on rent, so I downsized to a smaller place elsewhere. They did not take advantage of my deposit when I moved out either and were very fair!
Pros: These apartments are in a very nice neiborhood and close to the loop and to many stores. The management was very kind and helpful. It is one of the cheaper apartments with washer and dryer connections. The living area was very spacious. A very family friendly complex.

Overall a good apartment complex. My only advice is to have smaller bedroom furniture and plenty of bug sprays.
I lived here for a year for school and absolutely loved it! It was my first place away from home and I felt safe. My neighbors were extremely nice and the community made me feel like home. Family and kid friendly place and I would recommend for anyone. Staff knew me by name, which was amazing considering I didn't go into the office often. I loved it here, felt like home.
Overall the nicest place I have ever lived. I loved it here. The staff were always so happy and helpful. The pool was a bonus. The gym was a bit small but it was big enough for a few people. If I could I would want to move back here. I had my son in San Angelo and this was his first home. So baby friendly and safe. They even allowed pets!(: That was a plus because we have a cat. If you rent here you won't be sorry!
