I literally live right next to the rec camp so me, my dad, and my kids get to enjoy the camp all of the time. My dad is a Vietnam veteran. And I want to thank all of the active, reserved, retired, and, Veterans for all that they do for us.
Ok place to have events. Beem once. Im not the swimmer/boat type. Seems to be fun.
They were a life saver. Just needed a quick stop over on my way to seattle. Camp Host a very great guy.
Facilities were decent. We stayed one night here in a cabin. Cabin was ok, the bed set way too high and no television. There is an ac unit and refrigerator to keep you and your things cool, two chairs and a small table sit in the corner. Rocking chair on the front porch and lakeside. There's a picnick table and fire ring near by. Restrooms are a good distance away but not an issue. They have electricity and showers. Did not fish or utilize the lake and was too busy to check out much of the surroundings but all in all it was a good stay.
Nice quiet park, fairly shady, and nice staff. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is there are too many long term campers now. With only 20 full hook ups, that really limits the site options.
