This place is not great at all if you put your rent or any kind of money orders in their drop box the odds are they will lose it because it has happened to me and then they expect me to pay it again with late fee I'm sorry but no I'm not
This place is absolute s**t!!!! Deserves no stars. When we decided to move, it was because the upstairs neighbors bath was leaking and causing our roof to cave in. They would never actually FIX the issue. They would patch up the ceiling and go on about their day. After being late (yes, our fault) on rent, they decided to come into our home and take our TV. Shortly after them taking out tv, we paid the rent in full and they refused to give us out tv back. Ok, fine. We ended up moving and these grimy people charged us $3000. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS in damages !!!!! Absolute BS!!!!! Nothing in the apartment was even WORTH $3000!!!! If i could afford to fight this i would in a heart beat. Maintenance is a joke and so is management. I wouldn’t even want my dog staying there.
I have been living in Windmill Park Apartments for rent for more than six months now, and must say, so far, I haven't had any reason to complain. The management is highly responsive and always ready to help in every possible way. The staff even helped me settle into the new house. Though this is not the first time I have rented a property, none of the previous experiences was this refreshing. The apts. have been refurbished nicely, but there is definitly a management problem. My apt was dirty, carpets very dirty, bathroom too. Paint on floors and kitchen sink and fixtures. Bedbug infestation and carpets had not been cleaned so I got infested. Mgmt said I brought them with me, that there were no bedbugs in apts. Lint filters from dryers said differently. I saw 3 different LR sets pulled out on lawn. Laundry has to be locked at night because of vandals. They say you can pay your rent on line but no rents have been posted on line since May. A real ghetto atmosphere, I am waiting for my lease to expire so I can get out of here. Bad, bad place for kids. No playground. Refridgerator went out 3 times and I lost all my food, even though it was reported the day my lights were turned on BEWARE, HERE'S YOUR SIGN!
These apartments and management and the maintenance are all trash! They treat you like the rent isn't 500$! They never replace or fix anything in a timely manner, they've never sprayed for bugs once and they overcharge for late fees smh, Don't ever consider moving here ever! You truly getting what you pay for smh by far the worst in san angelo
