went twice at different times and no signs of her !! Now I understand why I got in so soon :( Learned my lesson !!!!!!!!!! I finally had to go to Petsmart and buy them new collars !! I'm sorry but that is no way to run a business!
I was so excited to hear that Jonie Keeney was moving to the Yuppie Puppy! She has been my groomer for the last two years, and has been voted San Angelos Favorite Groomer in the Standard Times Readers Choice Poll. My dogs are rescues from the shelter, and until I found Jonie, they always came home from other groomers terrified. Jonie has such a way with her clients, I'll never use anyone else! The prices are amazing! Much lower than PetCo or PetSmart. If you want your pups pampered, I would DEFINITELY recommend Jonie at Yuppie Puppy!
I was given a appointment for 8:00 and groomer arrived 15 minutes late. Then when I got home I realized she forgot to put their collars back on. I called her the next day and she told me that she would call me back as soon as she located them! She never called so when I called her back she said that she had found them and that she would be there all day. I
