It has been getting just worse and worse in quality. They recently brought in people to help remedy this, and I was very excited to try the food again after hearing about it. But it's still, if not more, terrible.
I went there once and won't ever go back the service was that bad. I have a high tolerance for bad service too.
I came with a college group and we ate here after our meeting. We got served around 15 min later. I got chicken strips & fries and those turnt out good. Although where we sat was crowded. Although i had to take my fries home bc it was almost time to close.
My food sucked and my friend's food sucked.

First, the servers are great, this review is not about the people, but the food.
They told me that the restaurant was empty because the air conditioning had been out, but I think nobody was there because the staff is cold, not because the room was hot.
I would love to see the store get more quality ingredients and invest in better cooking equipment. If they did, I would gladly come back with a more positive review. The servers are always very nice, so I think this is a very solvable issue as it has nothing to do with customer service but instead just making better investments in the actual goods. I used to come here all the time, but as the quality drops, so do my visits.
My waiter walked by our table at least a dozen times without even glancing at us.
