* I would say they should provide paper liners for the toilets, but I've encountered more disgusting tubs in hotels than toilets.
My families flight was delayed and they refused to change our reservation. They then canceled the stay because "my family was a no show". My mom was out $60 for the room that she never stayed in.

Ac worked really good, no tub in King suite, no toothpaste, had to ask front desk, for the price of a suite not worth the $100,
The rooms are typical. We stayed with 4 people and there was barely enough outlets for our phones. There was someone keeping puppies nearby and they were barking all night long. This is not the hotels fault, but still affected our stay.
I don't get the appeal. Other than a tub which seemed to have fancy jets in it - I am too much a germaphobe to sit in a tub where a thousand butts, etc, have been before to use anything other than the shower* - the hotel room was exactly like anything you could find at an updated Motel 6 for half the price. Maybe 2/3 the price.
