For the price it's good. Clean, generally quiet.
Well booked online. Arrived and my room was ewe nasty. But management moved me to another room. Bed skirt had unknown white spots on it. Called them and they removed it. The room was not equipped with any kitchen items at all. No dishes, silverware or cooking utensils. Called again they stated that tenants steal them blind so they quit furnishing them. Now management was the only redeeming quality. They gave me a credit on my account, they brought up a new box of kitchen supplies. Still at the end of my stay I will not be staying there again. Always dirty and smells like food (not appealing). I will book at Home 2 where I stayed previously
The staff as a whole is super nice and accommodate to all your needs. They are patient and make sure you understand everything about the place, your room, and charges that are made. They joke around with you at the front desk and make the atmosphere light. If i could i woyld give them more than 5 stars! Definitely enjoying my stay here!
Good staff, walls with decent sound blocking, and easily the most balanced beds between hard and soft I've ever used - absolutely tremendous. Bathroom was kinda small, but I did share the room with 2 other people, so it’s more likely that than a bad layout. Full kitchen, nicely compact - small but comfy - and a nice big TV in front of the beds, with good service and a lot of channels. Very friendly staff, and they even had a coffee machine in the lobby - made my mornings easier. Plus, it's close to the highway with a lot of places to go nearby. No breakfast, but that's easily taken care of with the many restaurants nearby. At one point we had a neighbor cooking green bell peppers with the door open - flooding the whole building with that raunchy smell - but that's not something to hold against the hotel.
The staff are helpful and pleasant, the rooms are comfortable and come with a small kitchen, including a two burner stove and a full size fridge. The walls are thin but that seems to be standard. Could have done without the jubilant celebration of Christ at midnight while i was trying to sleep, but that's no fault of the hotel's.
