When I get there the order is ready(extra container there with pancakes) except for the syrup and salsa. That takes, what seems like forever to get.
The omelet looked like plain scrambled eggs with the ingredients dumped on top. Not like an omelet.
Usually I love this place. But I placed a to go order today and got there to pick it up, the guy said it was almost ready and they'd have it out. 20 minutes later I ask someone else and she grabs my food off the checkout counter.....the same food that was there when I walked in 20 minutes earlier. Nothing was done about it and the lady looked at me like I was stupid for even being a little upset. Cold food and wasted time and money
Slow service but that seems to be par for the course at IHOP food was good though and my kidss like it
It'll be a while before I go back. Give me time to forget...
I know most of the time they do not get to go orders, but come on, make the experience better for your customers. Your tips count in it. Not to mention I would tip on a to go order more if I knew they put in an effort. AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER ME!!!
Today...
Ordered a to go meal. Same manager. Same meal plus 4 pancakes I was shorted on previous order.
IHOP 1 mile from my house. All the food was cold when I arrived home. As in no heat in the food at all.
Always so slow! It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not. It just sucks the kids like to eat here. So many other chain restaurants in town are better, faster, and the same price.
Dog ended up with a fair amount of food from this meal.
Made a to go order this week. Was shorted 4 pancakes. Manager offered me a free meal on my next visit.
Get home. Open up the meal and find I'm still short the 4 pancakes.
The plastic wear is so cheap, you can't cut the pancakes let alone through eggs.

Pancakes good, service was amazing and on point. Bacon a little darker then I like. Love the different specials.
